Digital Millennium Copyright Act Notice and Takedown Policy

PintoView respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.

DMCA Notice Requirements

1. Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on our platform, please send a written notification containing the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  • Identification of the material claimed to be infringing
  • Contact information for the complaining party
  • A statement of good faith belief that the material is not authorized by the copyright owner
  • A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

2. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe your content was wrongly removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the removed material and its previous location
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
  • Your name, address, and phone number
  • Your consent to local federal court jurisdiction
